Risa is so excited to be teaching at Applause. A proud member of Actors Equity, Risa holds a BA in Theater from the University Maryland. While pursuing her theatrical aspirations, Risa began songwriting and formed a successful pop/rock band. Her songs can be heard on the Lifetime Channel, in several commercials, and recently she had the honor to be the opening act for James Taylor. She looks forward to sharing her love of pop and rock music teaching Rock-n-Roll Babies!
